Hello,

 

I'm Arthur of Arthur Bryan Marroquin Photography or of "ABM Photography".  My venture into the photography world first began with me in front of the camera as a model and actor at Missy's Modeling Studio in the Rio Grande Valley, located in deep south of Texas.  While being in front of the camera, I also found a love for being behind the camera.  I enjoyed creating my own art.  I saved up and got my first professional camera in 2006, since then I've been learning every step of the way from great mentors such as the late Kathy Whittaker and the world renowned Mike Ruiz.  A photographer is never done learning!

 

Being a working actor myself, I'd like to say gives me an extra edge as I know both sides of the business.  I understand a client's needs and wants of a headshot session, and then I bring my knowledge and expertise of the art of the headshot and mesh both ideas to create the best headshot package I can provide so you can be fully armed with headshots that are marketable.  

 

 I've been fortunate enough to be published in various publications as The Wall Street Journal, PEOPLE, Natural Magazine, Austin Woman, Octane Magazine, Vigorous Magazine, The Tony Awards, Billboard Argentina, Deadline and in Playbills for shows currently running on Broadway right now!  I was  nominated for LA's Best Headshot Photographer by Backstage! 

 

My favorite assignment that was not headshot related was accompanying and photographing DeafWest's Broadway Production of Spring Awakening: The Musical at The White House in 2015.
